if she had no plans to release the album or wasnt sure if she was happy with it she shouldnt have released the album cover, it just built up hype that would be wasted anyway.
she should just release it, tour, then go back to her tried and trusted formula imo.
I'm almost surprised no one has claimed she was never meant to perform at VSFS at all to begin with, given the way people trot out that "any information will come from me" nonsense.

The cancellation didn't occur in isolation, but within the larger context of an already disorganized "era" and several other disappointments that have taken place with no explanation whatsoever. And given that the explanation here is about "finishing the album" that she's already started (and halted) promotion for, several times throughout the year, the entire situation is bloody ridiculous.
