Emma is good in the role I only wish she'd get more nuanced in the way she delivers her lines. Every single rant of hers has started to sound exactly the same. Tbh that's more of an issue with Ryan than her though.

As far as I'm concerned Ms. Nash steals every single scene she's in.

As for this, Emma is doing MILES better, and it's delusion to say otherwise. Abigail sounds like a kid in a school play. Even scenes that could've been really good (see: every single one of her meltdowns), they always come off cringe-worthy because of her acting. As I said before, Abigail delivers one good line maybe once per episode, at best. Emma's doing fantastic; I understand the way the character's written may be the reason you don't like her acting, but the way Emma's handling it is perfect other than the basement scene; her screaming about being attacked is on par with Abigail's acting throughout.

the Oscar nom says otherwise. As said, how's Emma's Oscar Nomination list looking?

I'm not quite sure where to start with this paragraph other than "I think you and me have very different ideas of what qualifies as good acting." That doesn't make mine more right (or wrong), just very different

Though professional critics are on my side, so Abigail has the acclaim.

That doesn't mean people HAVE to like her more or that they can't think she's a good actress and more talented than Oscar nominee Abigail Breslin. Critic opinions are not fact, but the latter is more acclaimed. And, personally, I greatly prefer her acting and range

Well, if we're gonna talk who's more critically acclaimed.... But yeah, you can 100% prefer Emma, like I 100% prefer Abigail. Dif strokes for dif folks :michel:

I've seen quite a few negative ones. They just tend to be negative for the show as a whole. I haven't even said Emma is terrible on this anyways, just that she's not showing mucjh range and has off moments

Yes, Abigail is more critically acclaimed. I don't deny that. I think it's trash and I have no idea where it comes from because she's a terrible actress in everything I've seen her in.

The thing you aren't understanding is I literally DO NOT CARE. You can pull out this and that receipts about either actresses' past repertoires, but I still think Abigail is tragic. And even if we're just talking about Scream Queens, Emma is better, both in my opinion and the critics'. Abigail hasn't been mentioned in any reviews.
