But Abigail only has an Oscar nomination for the work of Emma's aunt and Meryl Streep. Emma is better in her roles more often than Abigail is; I can't even name a single time Abigail was impressive with her acting.

Abigail also never gave a Scream 4/Freak Show level of dire performance. She kinda wins this comparison by default sis Not to mention she is slaughtering Emma on a performance level in this (who keeps delivering all her lines in the exact same way: "YELL THE FIRST PART REALLY LOUD, and then say the rest of it normally." She's also the only of the two to have any shaky moments on this show ("A guy in a red devil costume UHHHH-TTACKED ME!")

I know, I tried. But Abigail did too, and she still failed.

As for this, Emma is doing MILES better, and it's delusion to say otherwise. Abigail sounds like a kid in a school play. Even scenes that could've been really good (see: every single one of her meltdowns), they always come off cringe-worthy because of her acting. As I said before, Abigail delivers one good line maybe once per episode, at best. Emma's doing fantastic; I understand the way the character's written may be the reason you don't like her acting, but the way Emma's handling it is perfect other than the basement scene; her screaming about being attacked is on par with Abigail's acting throughout.
