Every.time. she loses this forum is flooded with "WORST LOSS EVERRRRRR" and declarations that "time is running out and she'll never have another chance like this again!!!11!!"
June 2012: She might win another slam or two but definitely not Roland Garros.
January 2014: She'll never win AO again.
June 2014: Last year's RG was a fluke. Be happy that she has 2.
July 2014: Wow her slam-winning days are over. Hopefully she can win 1 more. :\
September 2015: She'll never win 4 in the same year. This was her last chance. :''(
Meanwhile Serena is turning 34 in two weeks, just posted the 2nd best slam season of her 18-year slam career, and MAY end up having the best year of her entire career. She will be favored at all 4 slams again next year, and rightfully so.
She's won 7 of her last 10 big HC events (including YEC)
She's won 5 of her last 8 big grass events (including Olympics)
She's won 2 of the last 3 French Opens and has a 35-1 record in Madrid/Rome over the last 4 clay seasons
I dare someone to tell her that another CYGS bid is impossible.
This post reminds me of that Wimbledon final against Roddick. Andy really deserved that win and Feddy just blocked his ass. It was painful af, final set 16-14 or some ****. Andy could be so bitter about Roger but in interviews etc he stans.
I can't see past a Novak win today re: the surface, especially. He is like a frikkin gazelle on hardcourt.
Comparing Novak's movement to a gazelle More like a baboon's movement
Is it more likely than Vika winning a title or getting back to the top 10?
I think so

I'm loving all your jinxes for Serena though, an Alla Luce tea
I would hope you don't start the "95% way to CYGS" stuff or else Serena will flop at 10%
