Why aren't we making a big deal out of them? They can be girls who have penises or men who have vaginas. Nobody cares so why do we care about trans people? Clearly transphobia

You don't mean "transition" (the quotes are obnoxious, btw). You mean have gender reassignment surgery, which is something that only a handful of trans men and women have the funds for. And transitioning is not just the surgery; it's hormones, it's psychological evaluations, and it's years and years of hard-earned self-confidence in the face of all the people that hate you for being true to yourself. God forbid we give the girl the bathroom and make that "transition" just a little bit easier.
Okay this is kind of off-topic but I was in San Francisco a few weeks ago, and I was at a coffee shop with my friend and we both needed to use the bathroom and there was only 1 "unisex" bathroom, so we assumed it was the type where there's just one toilet and sink..... anyway, we both went in and there was a sign in it and it said like "San Francisco is trying out this new method of bathroom to make it easier for everyone"... and it was like a multiple stall bathroom, and when I was taking a dump, there was a woman in the stall next to me.. I don't know how I feel about that. I don't want to use the same bathroom as a girl, and I get that we're trying to make it easier for the LGBT community but where do we draw the line? I just feel like that's kind of alienating the majority... like hypothetically, a 50 year old perv man could go into the same bathroom as a 12 year old girl... I'm totally all for LGBT rights but I don't think that's the right solution... what do you all think?
I have discomfort with unisex restrooms for various reasons which is why I feel like trans peoples' rights to use gender specific bathrooms should absolutely be protected as well because they probably feel the same way I do and feel far more comfortable in restrooms with only other people of the same gender. I think unisex restrooms are fine for people that are completely comfortable with such arrangements, but I don't think anyone should be forced into that.

^This is far more disruptive, embarrassing and potentially dangerous for some than the alternative of simply allowing people to use bathrooms associated with their identified genders.
I don't really have an opinion on this bc i'm not female but i do feel like that decision should be ultimately made by the (biological) women who actually use that bathroom. They, too, deserve respect and their opinions do matter.
You can't force biological females to accept a trans female as "one of their own" if they don't want to, honestly, and you can't force a way of thinking on people who are clearly not yet ready.
We had this at my school. I went to an all boys school and there was a trans girl which is obviously very hard when you go to a single sex school and you don't identify as male. I think she was allowed to use the female staff toilets and I know she was already having hormone injections at the end of her time at school.
Some people were so weird about it though, like she isn't using the boys toilets which you are using so how does this affect you

This. My thing is that if the trans-girl is attracted to female sexually then she should not shower or use the bathroom. But if not, I don't see the issue.
But how would you even know? and more importantly, why is it any of your business as to what gender she's sexually attracted to? she's there to simply use the bathroom just like everyone else.
Idk if any of y'all have ever even been in a locker room but I would say NO if you have a penis you should be in the male locker room. I get the whole "the girl should be able to do what makes her comfortable!!" but what about the other females in the locker room who may not feel comfortable with a dick flying around the room?
The only situation I think a woman with a penis would be truly problematic is communal showers which can easily fixed with some vinyl shower curtains for privacy much like what any bathroom stall would provide. Locker rooms being used just to change clothes where there isn't full nudity like showering isn't really an issue IMO, but curtains to make some private changing areas could be a simple inexpensive solution there as well and give the girls that aren't comfortable for whatever reason a place to change in private inside the girls' locker rooms.
