I legit feel sorry for people who were playing detectives for years when in fact they had zero chance to guess BW/RC's identity until season 6.
Even if it turns out that Sara's somehow Bethany like some people speculate, we didn't know of Bethany till episode 100, though I suppose we had to know there was some dead girl who wasn't Ali but identified as such previously.
Technically we heard Sara's name first.

Cece is A. A is Varjak. Cece dressed as Holly Golightly. She loved Ali much like Paul & Holly. Something like that. Varjak ordered pizza and we see A eating pizza in her apartment (we also see the Black Widow outfit).
The # spelled out Sara Harvey because it was a clue that the A-Team was her and Cece.
