Now that I think about it, even though I don't personally care for him and don't like how long he's been missing from the show, Wren would have made the most sense as Charles. As someone who's been around since the beginning of the show but whose past before the pilot is largely unknown.

Plus then Melissa totally would have been his main helper. And Melissa is 100x better than you know who.

Why I feel what we got is for something bigger:

1) There is a "new" A. We have 30 episodes left. Uber A has to be someone we know imo. How can they introduce a new character as A, build up the story, allow us to have an emotional connection as well as see their new lives and wrap up arcs for Wren, Jenna, Melissa, etc...

2) Why did we find out Charlotte in a midseason episode. The fact that this arc is apart of S6 means that what we get for the 2nd half continues this arc. Mid seasons for PLL have always been red herring and cliffhanger land. S1- Hanna gets hit by car. S2 - the Liars framed for murder. S3 - Toby is "A". S4 - Ezra is "A". S5 - Mona "dies". S6 - Charlotte's A story

I'm not saying Cece isn't A. I'm just simply saying that her reveal will have a bigger importance and her arc isn't over. I bet the finale will confirm this. Finales always top the midseasons.

I don't get the Wren/Bethany connection though. I don't like Bethany at all and she truly is dead. And there's no way one of the liars (Aria for example) will ever be A.

I dunno, S3's finale wasn't a big deal and compared unfavorably to the Halloween episode, which was kinda a continuation of the mid-season finale.

In quality it would be hard for the 6B finale to be worse though, of course.

Wren said his father had mental illnesses. Sara said her father was crazy too. Aria's family has mental illnesses and her uncle was seriously ill. In Bethany's paintings, we see her draw a picture of a boy being taken away from her by a demon. There is a connection rather Marlene remembers that or not.

One of the Pll tumblr pages already confirmed Wren is involved and we'll find out soon.

I'm saying the midseasons usually are to set up 6B and 6B finale should wrap that up.

Not when they don't even have a plan for Wren coming back yet.

For once, I agree with them. We all came together and called out ********. The fact that those claims were even said means they just threw anything together. If everything was so planned there would be no need for more questions. When was Mona was revealed it made sense.

Of course the story could be way better. The transgender thing at the earliest started in 5A when Bethany said, "Is it like mother like daughter??" There were no indications beforehand that CeCe was transgender.

The CGI **** was lowkey funny. Even Mona was a flop. The only good thing about it IMO was CeCe finally being revealed and Vanessa's acting and the flashbacks.

Also, Marlene's interviews seem to suggest that the new villain is responsible for Jessica's death because she said it'll be explained after the time jump. Hmmm.

Literally everyone thought she was RC. And I thought she was BW as well because it appeared RC and BW were the same person. And my original theory was that CeCe was transgender, but then Bryan Holdman said they'd never do anything like that.

So I finally took sometime today to re watch the episode and I was kinda okay with CeCe being A. I mean I'm not super happy but what ever.

But then they showed UGLY and I wanted to punch the screen.
