Not really sure about the kidnapping affecting her powers when Billie just met the sister when she started practicing. The Triad consistently said Billie was the key, lbr PROJECTION > Telepathy / Firestarter she always had to AMPLIFY Christie's powers. Plus Billie was limited because she wasn't that bright or open minded enough.

Phoebe got all her powers back. She now has astral premonitions as a regular, she's able to interact with people in her premonitions to gain information and anything that happens to her there she feels and has the affects of when she gets back. She basically is able to time travel but without the consequences. At a brief point she managed to use her levitation to mimic flying and her empathy expanded to the point that she could feel everyone in the city and recall their feelings just by touching things that they touched.

I just watched the episode with Pipers wedding and Prue's astral self escaping because she felt so repressed after taking care of her sisters for so long. That little scene with Phoebe telling her (and I'm paraphrasing) 'you took care of us, we're okay now and everything me and Piper have is because you sacrificed your life for us to have it, it's time for you to have it for yourself.' made me sad knowing that she was about to die and will never get it in the series

i HATE that scene, everytime I take my boxset of season 3 to watch i dread all the episodes where Prue is depressed tbh
especially the episode where Prue and her father battle to save innocent children inside the Ice-cream truck (the lack of closure with her father, so ****ing sad ) or the episode where she faces the Angel of Death (so much foreshadowing in that episode )

this is the second sign that Prue would die soon, after the weird crow in the episode where she plays cowboy with Cole ...

my heart aches watching those episodes
even if they didn't know Shannon would leave, the writers toyed with us
season 3 is probably the best season of the show but it's too much for my heart
i enjoy season 4 and 5 much more

Yep, Yoruba! And the comics are actually really nice. It really resolves a lot of the seasons' plot holes and errors.

Well she didn't really get reincarnated, she possessed a dead body because she was admittedly being selfish and didn't want to give up being a Charmed One. They way they wrote it was very seamless and well done. The issues of the later seasons become these huge arc devices and it sets up for Season 10 which is so centered around the girls it's like the 1st 4 seasons. But I feel like the villains could be a little more epic on Season 10.
