I don't really care about Sansa enough to actually remember anything about her. So can't really answer that. But no, I don't think so.

Myrcella doesn't die.I think bandits cut her right ear off though.

We don't know. But Her uncle was supposed to die by Varys. Well, she was going to have a trial by combat and wanted Jaime to fight for her. But I think she might end up using the Dead mountain zombie guy

Sansa's whole season was just a means to get Theon back and shed Reek, she doesn't die in the books. In fact, she's still in the Eyrie.

Anyway these should be the Emmy acting nods for this season:

Best Supporting Actress; Lena Headey
Best Supporting Actor: Stephen Dillane and/or Kit Harington
Best Guest Actor: Jonathan Price
Best Guest Actress: Diana Rigg

Kit was honestly amazing this season, he stepped it up. Stephen Dillane always nails Stannis no matter how much D&D ruin that character. Would be nice if someone other than Dinklage gets in for Supporting Actor. Both Peter and Nikolaj did nothing this season.

S3 > S1 > S2 = S4 > S5

I'm not surprised this season was a bit underwhelming in comparison to the others. It's source material(AFFC and ADWD) is focused heavily on character development and there's little to no action until the end of each book and unfortunately people don't appreciate actual development. This season will be more important than the others in the long run though.

I love them all though.

i think this season has definitely had a sluggish pace, but that's mainly down to the fact that they're awkwardly having to bridge the jump-off points of the books with their own writing. it's just an awkward intermediate period, but i'm sure that next season will hopefully pick it back up as the show writing becomes more autonomous.

the whole dorne storyline is always going to be the blemish on this season though

Just watched. Pretty entertaining, yet I felt like they were trying to squeeze everything important into a 55-minute episode and the final effect was kinda underwhelming. The episode seemed rushed.

I agree, the season was pretty weak, with some incredible moment, but as a whole, it was pretty disappointing. Too many useless moments, each episode was 50 minutes of borefest and everything enjoyable left for the last 5 minutes.

All of this. Really weak season. And the finale was just a bunch of cliffhangers. Oh well, every series goes down at some point. I still have hope, but not much at this point. The writing certainly went major downhill. Either they are trying to stretch the books into several seasons to capitalise on success or the author simply ran out of gas.

tbh i don't think that much has changed in the show. the same people complaining about sansa effectively being a crying hat stand in winterfell are probably forgetting that she's spent the majority of the show doing **** all in kings landing, or the fact that dany basically spent the whole of the last season faffing around with admin work. a lot has happened with tyrion, jon, king's landing this season, that's just how the show works.
