Aerodactyl also grew rocks so why would it change typing. Of course the same can happen to Aurorus. I am not saying it isn't possible.

You shouldn't base it on anything. You cannot say "based on Aerodactyl" and then do something completely the opposite. It was a **** speculation anyway.

Of course they want to give every pokemon a mega. But there's another 200+ final evolutions who will get one before Aurorabeam. Hell, even Stunfisk will get one before ha.



Aurorabeam is cute though. My favorite non-genI fossil pokemon

The general theory is that it was going to be either Cleffa or Hitmontop, and then they decided to split it into two pokemon.

Was it ever explained why the third game in Gen II was Crystal? Wouldn't the pattern be Bronze? IDK, this is just something that randomly comes to mind.
