I want a Pokémon Action RPG that takes the battle system of the Tales of series tbh. I think it would be a nice solution of having the mainline series remain portable and then having a spin-off action rpg series on consoles. No humans though, a Mistery Dungeon type of world would slay, basically let the story be about a war between two kingdoms or something like that, a Pokémon ARPG set in a fantasy world.

Since most of the JRPGS consist of a team or party being the main characters, my choices for the playable protagonists would be:

• Lucario - The Main Character, it has an interesting playstyle and it marketable enough to lead the cast, also has a Mega.
• Floette - The cute little girl in the group that use heal magic and stuff.
• Slowking - A mage type of character that can cast spells and all of that.
• Scizor - The cliché grown-up serious guy that ends up joining the team even if they started up being rivals.
• Gengar - The crazy one from the group but at the same time is a blast to use in battle.
• Emolga - idk, he's small and can fly and we need another cute rat in the group

This is how the battle system and overworld look in the Tales of series so replace the characters wih Pokémon and then you have it!

So these 2 types make actually less sense than electro.
And it is obviously ice type because nothern lights appear in the arctic and rock type because it was revived of a fossil. That's the thing for fossil pokemon.

But the earth creates the field with its iron core, so it should be electric/steel then. Poison/electric wasn't allowed because radiation isn't electric because radiation is electrons/light/protons etc



you need to make your mind up to what is allowed and not, because your basically saying the same as I was. Radiation is related to electricity, the magnetic field is related to electric waves and the aura lights.

That first part makes no sense because magnetism is the direct result of moving electrically charged particles, while as you said radioactivity isn't electricity nor is electricity the direct result of radioactivity. They aren't comparabel at all

And yes steel type would make sense tok (as it is also related to magnetism in pokemon just like electro) but llosing the ice type makes no sense since aurorus's concept of being super cold would get lost. Losing rock type would make sense as like we have seen with aerodactyl mega evolving reverts them back to how they were originally before becoming fossils.

Someone explain why a fossil pokemon would lose it's rock typing? It'd be more likely to lose ice...

an electromagnetic field is created by the iron core, which creates the lights

electricity is created by radioactive material heating water, and moving turbines

i'm not sure what your struggling with here.


and Mega Aerodactyl keeps its rock typing so i'm not sure what you are trying to prove there, apart from further proving my point

What kind of reach. If that were true, then Aerodactyl should have been pure Flying or Dragon/Flying when it mega evolved, but no, it still kept its rock typing. Why would Aurorabeam be any different?

They are most likely part rock because they were revived from fossils/ a rock. When they mega evolve they turn ( or aerodactyl since it is the only fossil mega) back into its original form, the one before fossilization. If we assume that not all were actually part rock than returing to their original appearance would mean they'd lose that fossil aspect.

But you're basing this completely off of Aerodactyl, and Aerodactyl did not change its typing.

Also the biggest reach is that Aurorabeam would even be considered for a mega evolution.

What type would he be? Poison seems a sure bet. Would it get a mega? I'm not sure about that tho.

Why would it be "REALLY better" than Y when they are the exact same games? It's like comparing Red and Blue, or Gold and Silver? The only difference is the available pokemon (in which case, X remains far superior because Staryu exists in X)
