Katy isn't like that. Her next album will have radio songs on it. She'll probably try something different but there's no way she won't have some safe tracks in case things start looking poor for her. She'll be able to grab at least one #1. My money's on three, though. I think it will be a step up from PRISM both in terms of singles and albums (she won't have a specific single as big as Roar or DH tho).
3 of her singles last era are admittedly safe, and only 1 of them smashed. Next album will probably under perform majorly with maybe 1 #1.

people only posted that bc she was setting herself up to make a dark album until lukasz put his foot down and she ended up releasing the same pop fast food, like she was ever going to be experimental in the first place
Prism was a flop compared to TD, and whatever comes after Prim will look like a huge flop. One hit song (not #1), 3 more flop singles, 1.5 million worldwide. No Grammys, 75M tour. That's what I foresee for Raty
Katy's next era will be bigger than PRISM overall. More Top 10's, better album sales, more Grammys and bigger tour. The only thing she won't have is a single hit as big as Roar or Dark Horse.
