This is a ridiculous line of argument, are you seriously trying to argue the definition of racism is in itself racist because it doesn't inherently specify a target? Racism is racism is racism, you can't simply change what a word means and then accuse anyone who calls you out on it of being a bigot. Racism is prejudice and/or discrimination based off racial differences, phrases exist to describe what you're describing, such as "institutionalised racism" or "societal racism"

Racism cannot go two ways. Prejudice can. But the former is specific to people of colour because never have we oppressed and stolen from whites and never have we committed genocide against yall. Racism isn't about hurt feelings but a constant history of whites silencing masses of people. Racism is whites lynching black people just under 60 years ago. Racism is white police officers getting away with shooting and murdering black civilians every 28 hours.

This is racism. It's not institutionalised racism, nor a legitimate argument for whites having it as bad as blacks, but it's still a racist attack.
