I'll make sure to tell this to all the philosophers and scholars who have been studying this for hundreds of years.
EDIT: Misandry does not exist but you can be prejudice.

It's just as a dumb as when people say you can't be sexist towards men...

In terms of theory, sexism is similar to racism. Please read about this.

They can only be racist. POC can be prejudice towards white people but not racist.
Prejudice is the pre-judging of a situation or person based upon less than all the facts. Racism is the belief that white people are superior to POC. That has to be taught. POC cannot be racist towards each other but they can be prejudice.

Don't you see how flawed your definition is? Let's take for an example the prejudice that every black man loves KFC and melons. If I say this (even jokingly), I'd be immediately considered racist no matter my intentions. Just saying stuff like that doesn't mean I think of myself like a superior human being.
It's the same like calling a blonde not so smart, a white man not a good dancer, etc...

That's not prejudice that's a stereotype. You don't know what you're talking about.

And one last thing - what's up with "the dictionnary is written by white people" when discussing what racism exactly means? This is the official meaning - how YOU understand it is whole another picture.

So if I call out a black person that he likes way too much KFC, I won't be called racist? Good to know.

The white people who responded to this poll are wrong, the black people who responded to this poll are correct.

It is honestly not. Fried chicken and watermelon have historical baggage that come with them. It has to do with negative portrayals of black people. It is a racist stereotype. This stereotype started with a very racist movie called The Birth of A Nation that included not only the glorification of the KKK but also white people portraying black people through blackface as a way to make fun of us.
EDIT: Interesting fact. That movie was released 100 years ago.

Your logic/argument has gone from unaware to cringeworthy, and despite the multiple people of colour in this thread who have explained racism and its history due to first hand experience white people will never receive, you still, consciously, refuse to acknowledge anything and have thus taken the ignorant "let's get messy" route. I've told several other users this but please read about racism as a structure, not a mere dictionary definition. Sociologists and philosophers have discussed elaborated on the fact that racism is a system of oppression. We aren't being hateful or trying to belittle yall, it's just free education. So please, READ.

It's not, but whatever. I feel like this "you can't be racist towards white people" is an excuse for being as racist and hateful towards whites as possible and getting away with it, because as a poc, you can't be racist, after all. Fighting hate with hate will never work. People calling me a cracker, telling me I'm ugly and boring and that I have no culture because I'm white won't make me sympathize with their case, sorry. Yes, I know racist whites say the same **** about blacks, but is acting like a racist something worth mimicking? In the name of fighting racism? I'm not directing this to you specifically, I'm just commenting on the behavior of SJWs I've seen on the web who believe in this idea that you can't be racist towards whites.

Explain to me how a white boy from Eastern Europe can be oppressive towards black people (who if being african american are most likely richer than him). I know that the system is racist towards PoC but that's a problem of the society as a whole.
I don't consider myself or any other white person superior to other persons of colour, nor I hate them. Still, I'd be labeled racist for saying things that weren't meant to be offensive and if any other person of colour would say them, it would be totally fine.

It's not racism. It is prejudice like I said. Exactly when did I say it was ever okay? I know prejudice hurts people's feelings. I clarified the statement that POC cannot be racist towards white people which they can't and I am standing by my statement no matter who doesn't agree. Prejudice and racism are not the same thing. If you want to continue with your beliefs then go ahead. People telling you that you do not have a culture is the closest you'll ever be to feeling racism. The day you have your 'culture' stolen away from you and being beaten, silenced and ridiculed with no control over anything for several of centuries by people who do not give a **** then you can come to me. Until white people are systematically oppressed and dying at an out of control rate then you can come to me. Until you wake up with the fear of this day being your last on earth because of racism then you can come to me. Until then, have fun at your nearest Starbucks, honey.

Let me get this straight: You don't agree with the dictionary definition of the word "racism" because it was contributed by a white person?

White people get it. Its you who doesnt. You spend your time belittling white people and accusing them of stealing this, and stealing that, having no culture, being racist until proven otherwise, and blaming them for things they had nothing to do with. Your hatred has extended to all whites even if they're ancestors/countries had no involvement in slavery/colonisation. Everything Kali said was correct. You attacking white people, insulting them and calling them thieves ect is not helping your case. White people in the US are in power, and fighting fire with fire is a dangerous tactic that I wish you SJWs would learn. You guys' hatred for all things white are causing racial problems in the US to grow even more and its only going to negatively impact you and the black people who are trying to make a difference within saying derogatory things about another ethnicity, especially the who's in power.
