Just finished watching it. It was amazing tbh. The 2nd best premiere episode this TV season(after HTGAWM of course).
I'm hoping the eldest son() will get the company tbh, I would hate for all his hard work to go to waste. Although I can see his "plan" blowing up in his face later in the season.
Was so impressed and pulled in by this show. It started off okay but once Taraji came out the whole thing went to a whole other level! I love the premise and how much potential drama that can stem from this pilot throughout the rest of the season. A show that's been missing from mainstreM TV for a long time
I love the show..it's a bit messy in some areas, but hopefully they will work that out. Taraji was EVERYTHING. I can't believe they didn't censor out f@ggot on tv! I was shocked!
Just watched the pilot now!! U guys weren't exaggerating; Taraji is phenomenal. I was hoping she'd be in every single scene. The Mexican boyfriend is so hot. Im not expecting steamy male-on-male sex scenes but display of affection every now n then should do it. Rakim (spelling??) is a little douche. I do hope his relationship with his mum is repaired as the season progresses. As for the music, it's ok but cmon nothing special, serves its purpose within the context of the show though.
