Quick Cut monitors more stations. (Also, Quick Cut shows total AI, while Mediabase charts is AI to just that one format.)

2nd Q:
Neither. Billboard uses SoundScan. But we aren't able to get numbers from SoundScan, so we use Mediabase. Mediabase is very close to SoundScan anyway. There's not much of a difference.

Well not really, they both were kinda equal, both peaked at around 9500+ on non-official days but peaked at 9400+ on sundays...

so i guess it would all come down to is which gets more spins total on pop in the end, Womanizer already has 140,000+, while Circus stands at 73,000 and climbing fast.
