The closest she had of smash hit (like SIO and BS) in the Speak Now era was Mine (and I don't think its success is comparable to WANEGBT, IKYWT, SIO and BS because they were/are all way bigger than Mine).. The others Speak Now's singles did good but not as Red's and 1989's.

Speak Now was a Country album, any song crossing over and doing well on mainstream radio is just a bonus. It wasn't an expectation or standard she needed to match.
-Mine - #3 on the Hot 100, #2 on Country. 3x Platinum.
-Back to December - #6 on the Hot 100, #3 on Country, 2x Platinum.
-Mean (which is by the way, her most Country sounding single to date with no Pop/crossover appeal) - #11 on the Hot 100, #2 on Country, 3x Platinum. And it won a Grammy.
-Sparks Fly - #17 on the Hot 100, #1 on Country, Platinum.
-Ours - #13 on the Hot 100, #1 on Country, 1.4 million sold.
The only real underperforming single was The Story of Us. The rest did well.
