For now she's probably using her part time. When she's traveling and in the studio. And out & about.
After the album hit the market and the promo campaign begins, the nanny will be no longer on part time with him....that goes for the tour as well!

I still don't think she's using a damn nanny. Adele seems like a lion mom. Wants to protect her son of anything and everybody. I think she'll prefer to leave Angelo with her mother.
But all right, we can do nothing about it

Well, if she is spacing out dates as rumored she'll likely get a bunch of dates off with him in between  Though you're right about the early promo campaign, though she likely won't be whoring herself out like TS, she still has to put a lot of work/time in, which is probably part of the reason she's continuously neglecting to hurry it up and get this album done already...

With whom she does have take care of him, be it his father, her mom, a nanny/babysitter, w/e, when she (hopefully very soon) is back working publicly again none of our business really. There's no way she's going to leave him not cared for, so don't worry about it.

He can tour with her as well! Pink is doing it, Elton is doing it...a lot of people are doing it

That's a little bit impossible. Just a little bit.
I want to know if he's still alive or not, tho. I remember reading an article saying that he had cancer but I think it's just ******** to get her attention.
But yeah, It doesn't matter that much with who she'll leave him or if she'll bring Angelo to the tour. I just need a new album as soon as possible.

That's what I was thinking with the dates in between, sorry if I didn't articulate that well. I just mean that she can't physically be in two places at once, like somebody has to be watching him those few hours on nights she's performing. Concerts are at night though, so he might be asleep, which would make it even easier tbh...

Could you imagine the story her father would come up with... "Adele is a horrible mother who is unable to properly care for her son...because it's not like I ever taught her how to be a good parent while she was growing up...but look at me, I'm making up for it now!" Lord help her in that situation... 
You'd hope Simon would be up for watching his own kid while millions of $£€ are added to their bank accounts with this album, lol.
