How is it a mess that it's not up yet? UK iTunes just updated at a different time than the US, and since this isn't a special deal for the release, there's no reason for every territory to see it go live at the same time. It'll be up there by tonight most likely, simmer please

The EP sales won't count towards the original "BEYONCÉ" sales. I don't think so. Only the Platinum edition with everything will count.
Very likely. Urban radio has been hungry for Beyonce music, it's just that since we had all the songs and videos, the singles were never as big as the preceding one. With these new songs, urban radio has a new track, with new momentum to spin. And you know how her tracks crossover to pop if they get so big on urban.
