First of all, not all women are with men. There are lesbians, single mothers, etc. There are deadbeat dads out there, I assume you think they don't deserve to be paid equally either, considering their money isn't going where it's supposed to go?

How many women in the workforce really want 'a man to pay for everything'? Unless you're keeping traditional values and being a housewife/male money earner then whatever

It's looking at the scope of the working force and see that women are fairly paid, and empowering women to venture into higher positions??
