Well for some reason I kinda agree. I dont get why Females want to EARN the same amount of money and then turn around and expect a man to pay for them for everything. Thats really not fair. Unless societal norms change I dont think equal pay should be into effect. Women need to stop being so patriarchal THEN turn around and use the Feminist card. So for now, Id agree that equal pay is a NO.

Well men and women's brains are both different if a man is better-suited to a certain job shouldn't he be paid more? Since he's better at it? And vice-versa?

Because they are old school bosses wanting to spend as least as possible on employees, treat them as replaceable numbers and would love to reintroduce slavery (the freedom to (ab)use people). Equal pay means more costs to the bosses.
