katy doesn't hold the responsibility of informing Taylor of anything.

They share the same charts. They're in competition. It's the music industry.
 | then what's wrong with Taylor to share her feeling to this?  |

 | Exactly, I mean heaven forbid Katy try and offer her past dancers a spot on her current tour. It's THEIR decision as to what to do with the offer.

It isn't Katy's responsibility to say "oh, well, I guess I'll find new dancers because Taylor is using them" If someone is good at their job you ask them to come back, especially when you have a great history and know their work ethic.  |

What Taylor is doing is personal insult.

As someone said before when someone is good at their job they're saught after. Taylor could have said "you know what, here's an extra 10k in your contract if you come back to me"

The one here that looks immatature is taylor because instead of playing business she's taking it to a personal level.

What katy did wasn't personal. She wanted good dancers for her tour.  |

 | i mean, right? people do this in business all the time. they were not full-time employees by Taylor so they can void their contract anytime, it's not like Katy threatened them with a big stick if they didn't join.  |

okay i get taylor may have been immature to put a diss song about katy on her album , but what i dont get is why couldnt katy have chosen other dancers, i mean the dancers of the world are not limited to being under taylor - plus it isn't like katy has there hardest choreography in the world either    |

It's purely a business decision. But asking them to come back, it skips the audition process (which takes time and money) it wasn't anything personal against taylor, it was just easier for Katy and if she wants her past dancers back and they accept - she has every right to do that.  |
