He could've been a 12-time convicted rapist and it still would've been wrong. Defaming his character does not take away from the fact that he was reportedly shot while his hands were in the air. No matter what he was like, he did not deserve to die because of his skin color.

Please watch this and understand why people are so angry. He was killed, left in the street for 4 hours and then got thrown in the back of a police SUV. No matter what he was like or how you want to assume he was a "thug" just because he was a young black man with a sense of style, watch this and understand why people are pissed:

They have the right to peacefully protest. The problem is they should be getting protected by the police in doing so and not be getting attacked like this.

The thing that not a lot of people are understanding is we had a third party involved, which consisted of looters. They were the bad seeds, but they seemed to have stopped early yesterday. It's even more disheartening because they made it unsafe for the protesters (one protester got shot in her face but somehow lived).

Can't wait to see what he has to say I'm really hoping he'll announce some new legislation is under way.

BINGO! The KKK and Westboro get to be disgusting with their peaceful protests all the time and you see cops out protecting them from the people wanting to cause them harm. Here you have people peacefully protesting the murder of an unarmed child, they're standing in the street with their arms up chanting "don't shoot" "We want Justice" and "Hey hey ho ho killer cops have got to go." and the cops start firing on them with smoke bombs and rubber bullets.

You can't be serious he's not a police officer, what exactly is he supposed to do? That is why every city has its officers. Obama has issued an independent investigation by the FBI as well as another authoritative task force on this issue.

But there's really not much else Obama can do.. he already condemned the police officers for obstructing a peaceful protest.

He put the FBI & DOJ on the case... there's really no other moves to be made without blowing the issue out of proportion.
