I think a GH would work better in Rih's favor than Bey's, Rih's career strategies are usually based around the single hence why she has more standout hits - Bey's is usually more focused on the album, which is why we get stuff where there's more of a cohesive concept.

Also, Rihanna's yearly release schedule really confused some people - I know for a fact some people in real life genuinely weren't sure if WFL was off a new album or if it was from the same album as Only Girl. A collection of her biggest hits might be of more interest to those who were unable to keep up with her releases.
