NO ONE can have a yearly #1 on year end chart, not even soshi.
2ne1 has #1 everytime they make a full comeback. Of course they wont have #1 yearly cause we know YG artists take a light year to put out an album

He meant year end sales; where all the sales of songs released on a certain year are added up and ranked. 2ne1 does not have a number 1 year end.
