I'm struggling with the logic of bringing up Pink Tape being 28th last year.
Like, what, should they just not have girl groups since they don't sell as well as boy groups?

Personally I think f(x) have the most realistic sales, when you take out ridiculously huge fan bases (Sones) and horny tween girls (Exotics, ELFs). Kind of like an industry foundation level, where any girl groups doing above PT's numbers must be doing really well.

I never said f(x) physically sells bad compared to other girl groups, which is what you keep trying to prove, but yeah I'm the one lacking logic. Perhaps if you actual sales receipts this conversation could have been a lot shorter, but right you don't because f(x) doesn't have them

why would SM invest the time and money to give f(x) the same kind of releases and repacks as SNSD, Exo and SHINee when the original release doesn't even sell as much as the next group in the company? why would SM invest in a group with the LEAST amount of demand? that's what i'm trying to explain to you. f(x) doesn't get multiple releases because ONE release doesn't even do well. that one album a year that you talked about should sell well if f(x) actually has the potential and fanbase that you speak of, but they don't.
