Rare and exotic doesn't mean good. I mean, Christina Aguilera's voice is powerful but it is common, any Whitney or Mariah did it before. Nelly Furtado however has a *unique* voice that nobody equals. The same goes for Britney Spears and other non-mainstream singers like Connie from Sneaky Sound System.

Rihanna should have been MUCH higher on this list. Her voice is both exotic and rare.
