Hip Hop isn't viewed as 'guilty pleasure' music, tho. That genre's perception has little to do with its "quality" and more to do with certain parts of its culture.
Fyi, I was just noting that K-Pop being labeled "trash pop" isn't needed when most of the perception of the pop genre (not really a genre - more like an umbrella term) is seen as "trash."
