I agree. As I've said - Putin said today things that many observers regard as him admitting that there's no way this will escalate, he just didn't want to make it that obvious and kept his dictator BS face.
Just because we did something, doesn't make it okay for Russia to do this. There's no point in discussing US affairs that were done under justified pretenses. The issue at hand does not involved the Iraq invasion. Stop bringing it up. It doesn't support Russia in anyway.

It does involve Iraq because the US invaded it under false pretenses and now they're mad that Russia is doing to the same.

New Ukrainian government made a statement that they will not acknowledge Crimean autonomy anymore, what was followed by armed conflicts in the area. Thats why Crimean government asked Russia for help. CNN probably forgot to mention this

CNN won't be acknowledging this anytime soon. I wish the new Ukrainian government would just let Crimea have it's way, and Putin would show a little patience. I'm still hoping this can all get resolved "peacefully"
