In all honesty, I'm not here for a comedy video. For a song like this, I wanted a sleek, sexy video, keeping the Egyptian theme, of course. Maybe even a video based on her Grammys performance, but this mess? Not here for it, sorry Katy Kats.

Make a +30 second preview that shows 2 seconds of Katy Patra, that has zero scenes from the actual video? All this preview does is lay down the plot and story that will be told. It's meant to be funny and cute and pink, Katy creates bubble gum pop music, not every video can be dark. She likes to create a different story with each video, so why would she make an E.T. 2.0 that won't get any attention because it's a rip off of her past work. Katy needs to have some fun when making videos and wants us to have fun watching a whole knew experience. Your just thinking narrow minded and want Katy to repeat herself over and over.

I'm down for artists not taking themselves too seriously but Katy has just become so corny over the years.

I liked the videos for Hot N Cold and Waking Up In Vegas because they were fun without crossing over into the corny territory.

But California Gurls, Last Friday Night, Roar and now seemingly Dark Horse cross the line and it just seems like Katy is trying way too damn hard to be "fun" and cooky.


Like girl, just strap on some questionably racist, stereotypical Egyptian garb and act sensual inside a pyramid or some ****, anything but this.
