I disagree. I think it varies from person to person. Either way, I have already explained my position. I am not a meat-eater for health reasons. I am a meat-eater because I saw this...
...as a massive waste. I saw it and thought of all the things I could make with it. Mince some of it for a nice lasagne. Stick some of it in a pot with vegetables and make a nice pot roast. Casserole. Roast beef sandwiches. And, of course, the most important.
A great big slab of steak, cooked medium, with a huge portion of chunky chips. My favourite meal.
