Japan has one of the highest life expectances. They don't eat much meat or pork, but fish and vegetables.
I also mentioned Japanese cuisine in my post... but nobody can't deny the complet cuisine is the Mediterranian one.
Anyway, muy point is that we NEED animal proteins to survive and be healthy, as simple as that. So not eating animals is just a big stupid thing to do against your health and you'll need medical help.

You CAN be healthy if you do it correctly. The problem is that most people don't have a fraction of the nutritional knowledge required to do so.
Ever notice that the vegetarians you know are usually the most frail of all your friends?

You actually have no idea what you're talking about.

To your nutritional knowledge, how exactly would one do it correctly?
I don't think you can get more correctly than eating a whole plant-based diet with a daily B-12 supplement. Knocks out the diets of most of the members here full of processed/fast food, no?

Then why are vegetarians the ones with the highest life expectancy out of all (omnivores, vegetarians, vegans)?
skip to 4:25 and you'll see the OFFICIAL FDA Chart regards to vegans vs non vegans getting cancer, diabetes, and body mass.
As far as the BMI thing goes, BMI is a terrible way of measuring health... Not everyone wants a BMI of 23... Most men who appear muscular have BMIs 25 and up making them "overweight" according to the BMI scale because it only takes into account weight and not the percent of that weight that is muscle or fat.
Personally I don't like skinny guys, it's kind of a turn off for me if a guy is a vegan :/ he can't eat like ANYTHING with me then lol...
Not saying there's anything wrong with being vegan, but I just had to point out that not being a vegan doesn't mean you are at a less healthy weight... I doubt vegans get as much protein in their diet. I would estimate in general vegans are pretty thin, whereas I prefer thicker guys and that doesn't make them unhealthy.
(only I could end making this about which body types are sexier for men lol... sorry)

What plants exactly? You need to carefully plan to ensure you are getting all 22 essential amino acids, of which some may only come from animal sources. Therefore careful supplementation is required. If vegan, you must consider where you are going to ensure your required calcium.
And I don't eat processed food, and very rarely eat fast food. I eat only free range, organic meat products.

As I already discussed, there is no significant difference that can be attributed to vegetarian that isn't confounded by other significant factors, such as the fact that vegetarians are less likely to smoke and drink alcohol to excess.

Not all vegans are skinny though. You can be fat vegan eating potato chips and Coca Cola all day. That's not healthy though.

Fair. You can also eat meat and lead a very healthy life. Either way... I exercise at least 8 times a week and eat a real balanced diet.
Meat is my favourite though. I would never give it up. Tastes too darn good. I must have eaten an entire cow on Sunday; I had four helpings of Sunday roast

Proper vegan gets more than enough protien. Y'all have to stop with the myths.
and most vegans aren't skinny but lean and fit. They also have the male vegans bodybuilders who CLEARLY get more than enough of their fair share of protein.

Exactly. http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/ is a good example of how you can still get ripped without feeding yourself putrid rotting flesh.

They are not "human" ways of KILLING something. You're still taking away the full potential of life that an animal didn't get to full experience just because you need to feed your craving addiction for flesh and corpse. If the roles were vice versa i doubt you would be taking this stance. Its selfish and sickening.

And as I said, not just my craving addiction for meat, but also a societal necessity for medical education.
