I blame DWUW for the lack of promo TBH. Most of its performances so far have been messy and looks like Gaga doesn't want to perform it anymore.

She has some good opportunities coming up in the US though. Maybe she'll have sorted them out by then.

One of her biggest mistakes this era is to not go to the French's NRJ Awards, it's the biggest promotion there and she's NEVER attempted nor performed there, no wonder France is paying her dust.

It's funny how he said the same when BTW got its 80% drop the second week, the only difference being that BTW legit got WW promotion the months after its release, while ARTPOP so far...
