From the LQ clip I heard the track is not an over-produced mess and her vocals are flawless and full of emotion. We better buy this **** tomorrow!!!

This makes me wonder if Danja and Hit-Boy are still on the album or not.

Isaid this at least 3 time, Danja most likely is cut because he said too much this summer on instragram and leaked snippets claiming first single...
Hit boy was a trend and I'm sure they decided to ditch that.

I'd never submit anything to Britney again if I were him.
I hope at least Naughty Boy is still on the album.

This.

It's possible Darkchild's stuff from around this time last year didn't match the theme of the album.

Good point

I'd be perfectly fine with Hit-Boy gone.
Hell, even Danja. His production offerings haven't been up to par lately.
|
I'm torn...I just feel Danja could do one or two good ones for us.

Britney needs to fire her whole team, leave RCA, get a deal with Interscope and put Darkchild on charge for Album 9, if there's ever an upcoming Britney's album.

Whew...I don't think so.

OMG...I read this too fast and thought you said ITZ hasn't aged well. ALmost came out with the bazooka...shoot first ask questions later.

Of course I agree after reading your post though

BNG is a theme song for the album. I don't like it but it fits the theme.

"Brave new girl" is flawless , one of my favorite ones on the record, Really cute, fun, empowering song for all the girls that follow her , its a really well done piece.
|
The lies...if you can find her vocals in the chorus then I'll throw you $100. That's the flaw.
The fun vibe and the talk rap in the verses slay.

Did you even read what I posted, I said I heard an LQ snippet. All I could hear in the was part of the pre-chorus and chorus which consists of a piano instrumental followed by a section of strings.
Her voice sounds like in the pre.chourus of "I'll Never Stop Loving You" but slightly deeper and with the sadness of "Everytime".
|
Ok.

I think it's Everytime 2.0 tbh.
If you want me to be more specific about her vocals:
- when sings "sometimes" in the pre-chorus she does it in a deep raspy voice
- in the chorus she pronounces the word "natural" as "natral"
- in the "'bout her or about me" line she drags the ending and sounds like "abooooooooout me"
- the "want it all over you" line she does it in her signature high-pitch voice
- she also drags the last chorus line "I gotta mark my territory" and goes like "territooooooooooo -ry"
Mess no I'm not.

Oop.

Would you rank "Perfume" better than every single she has released since "Womanizer" ?
