I don't know why people still want a "gorgeous" album cover, when that's obviously not what Gaga is about anymore. The cover is entrancing, powerful, and artistic, it doesn't have to be pretty. That's just one of the attributes that makes her unique out of many rather basic pop stars today.

Unique =/= ugly, and vice versa. It's possible to have a unique cover without having it be absolutely atrocious. Like I said, if it was just the statue of her and the ball, with no text, it would have been gorgeous and unique, and a great cover.

The current cover is boring. It tried too hard to be iconic and stand out, and it just came off as rather stupid and boring. The statue alone, or taken in a way like the cover porque made, is simple and "boring", yet amazing and perfect.
