You're essentially implying that your opinion is fact and the only explanation is that there are Katy haters on this forum. Perpetuating the stigmatization of liking Lady Gaga, meaning to like something she does means you must be delusional.

To be honest, I feel as though theres nothing special about Katys album cover. Its a fine shot of her, it reminds me of a fanmade album cover that would circulate on tumblr, its just whatever.

I never said Prism is "pop art" though. And it doesn't need to be, since it isn't the objective of the cover. On the other hand, in my opinion, ARTPOP failed to be simple, which is a basic principle of the "pop art", so the cover became only a good-looking-yet-messy picture, pointless.

ARTPOP. Its exactly as trippy as I wanted it to be. Its so fun to zoom in on the super HQ.

Prism looks like a single cover to me, but its not bad. I dunno if it will really stand out on shelves, the brightness could help or hurt it.
