It's not the WW sales
i put the US sales under WW because the sales aren't from any asian countries, that's all
if there was any receipts for other non-asian countries like france, italy..etc (as an example)
i would've put them in the world wide category

Oh well, thanks for explaining.
Looking back at WG's Nobody receipts, I didn't know SNSD flopped so HARD in the US.
How are they going to get backed by Interscope w/ high profile promo, several remixes, yet miss the Hot 100?
Hopefully Interscope gives them another chance to prove themselves, because the last attempt was pretty bad for "Asia's #1 girl group" (receipt-wise this title would be more appropriate for AKB).

Those "single sales" are their sales for their physical singles released in Japan. Their digital singles in Korea are in the millions and they have the best selling singles in Korea. When will Girls Gonorrhea?

the only reason the boys had an english version and was released in the US is because the world famous michael jackson producer,Teddy Riley, who was the producer of the boys asked them to
they didn't have any plans, it's just the producer and SM who worked on this suddenly without planning nothing
and do you really think that a k-pop group that's not very known in the US would break into the market with two performances ? not to mention that the english version of the boys is the only english song there
and how is it "High Profile Promo" when they only had two performances
and not you saying remixes can make someone popular in the US
and yes, they can be considered as Asia's #1 girl group because outside of japan, they are more known than AKB
sure AKB are more successful and did sell more, but the reasons are obvious
but when it comes to who's more known WW ? i think we know the answer

Talk to me when 2NEVER1 becomes as loved and as successful as GoddessesGeneration in their own country
even CL herself says she feels more love in japan for 2NE1 than korea
but on top of that, SNSD's japanese debut sold more than 2NE1'S
you can have a seat

So Teddy Riley is the reason Interscope wasted coins on SNSD?
I doubt it. And one of those remixes was a collab, of course it was used for promo reasons.
Snoop Dogg clearly didn't want to work with them (Interscope done rented a rapper so the song could become a BIT more relevant), I mean, the fact that he dragged them and then praised 2NE1 speaks volumes.
Anyway, the fact of the matter is that Japan is the biggest music market in Asia, and AKB destroys them there.
The numbers don't lie, and they also have cultural impact of their own.
Let's not be delusional.

How am i being delusional ? it's just the facts, they flopped hard and i'm willing to admit that
a delusional person would be thinking they'd be successful in the west with **** releases like that
and yes, if it wasn't for him, SM would've never signed the girls with interscope to release it in the US
and let's not with that snoop dog thing, if he didn't want to work with them, then why did he ? there's even news of him saying that he's the one who wanted this to happen, but if you really think the collab remixes are a part of their 'attempt', wouldn't they have chosen better, more relevant rappers other than snoop dog and another korean girl ? the day the news spread about him shading SNSD he got to twitter and talked about it, calling them "my ladies" aswell
and AKB drags the **** out of SNSD in japan but who's more known world wide ? let's not be delusional about that point

Why would SM let a flop producer tell them what to do?
There are plenty of other hit demo's they could've stolen.
Anyway, obviously Interscope wasn't going to purchase a verse from a more relevant rapper for a group like SNSD (sorry, but ).
And you certainly are delusional to think that he wasn't shading them.
Also, why are you arguing who's more known worldwide when we're arguing about who's the biggest girl group in Asia? Because SNSD (less) sales coming out of places like Zimbabwe, Peru and Niger, they deserve the title?
No ma'am.

A 'flop' producer doesn't produce hit singles like Black or White or Dangerous by Michael Jackson, and he asked them and they agreed, if there's anything you need to know about SM that they love money and willing to do whatever to get it, obviously that attempt went horribly
and i love how you're saying i'm delusional for thinking he didn't shade them when he's the one who said it himself, snoop dogg is known for having his opinion on people, why would he lie about his 'opinion' about SNSD ?
you're here saying interscope wasted their coins on SNSD and wanted them to happen, but at the same time, you're saying they would not get someone who's more relevant and known for them ?
but anyways...

He is a very dated producer, this is FACT.
Also, Snoop Dogg censored their faces when he tweeted what he tweeted.
If he was complimenting them, why block out their faces?
Obviously he was trying to do damage control once the drones caught wind.
Anyway, you're trying to tell me Interscope did NOT want SNSD to happen despite booking televised performances for them?
I call BS.

Yes, because korean artists other than SNSD like SHINee and Jay Park worked with him
And not you misunderstanding my point
what i'm trying to say is, they thought this was good enough for them to break into the US but obviously it's not, an album with 12 tracks (no remixes included) and only ONE english song would've never been successful in the US, their attempts obviously failed
and let's assume he "shaded" them, why would he explain that tweet ? did he feel threatened by SONES ? i don't think so

You're talking in circles now.
The whole situation between Snoop and SNSD was picked up by the press, so of course he would do damage control.
The fact that you were naive enough to believe him almost makes me think I'm wasting my time here talking to you.

The fact that you're sticking up to this story thinking Snoop cares about the media makes you more naive than i am
snoop dogg is known for his strong opinions and for ' not giving a single f*ck' about what anybody says, you really think he's gonna change his mind because of them ? out of all the scandals, the disses, the feuds, SNSD are the ones who mattered to him ?
but if you think you're wasting your time, then ignore this reply and don't check on this thread again
simple as that

First of all, If he used a slang word referring to their faces, why in the **** would he censor them out?
Answer that, because you're truly the only Sone on this forum that I've seen fall for that mess.
Secondly, I said I almost feel as if I'm wasting my time.
Almost isn't definitive.

I don't know, ask him, he thinks by cutting their faces out he's defining the phrase "no biscuits", it's not my problem if he's very retarded at expressing himself
and if you're almost wasting your time here, don't

Right, so there's no other logical explanation other than the one I provided.
Bye.
