Why would you buy a famous and over-the-top expensive mansion as an investment property? Isn't it already expensive enough? What are you going to do a $20 million home to make it worth even more when you try to sell it? Unless she actually wants to live there? :frylock:
they can house swap it or renovate it then sell it again OR they will buy it as a family vacation house.

nah, Katrina hit New Orleans, Louisiana (down South) and Rhode Island is up north near Massachusetts & New York
