I'm mad that she didn't release the song this week, would have been much better. If she releases the single next week, she could be overshadowed by Justin's comeback. Which probably won't really happen but she will have to share the spotlight with him.

Also, IF she's announced to perform at the Grammys (I really hope she does it) and releases the album in April, that will also be a mess

I don't want her sharing the "new song spotlight" with JT. All I hope for, is for info on the single next week and that its out before the rehearsals. I just know someone is going to record her when she's rehearsing and they'll get fired

I know she's being extra cautious because of how RTW went and I love that but im dying here.

We already know that it's highly unlikely that she'll release the album around the Superbowl, but I really don't see any logic behind an April album release date when February is raking up to be a major promo month.
It's simple. I expect a lead single and then an album a month later, with major promo in between that month.

I actually think April could be perfect. Well, not perfect - that would be mid-March, but April is soon enough. Seeing as the latest great hits as of recently took two-three months to peak (Diamons, Locked Out Of Heaven), I think Beyoncé might experience similar success. Her lead single will peak during the album release. And, if it flops (God forbid it), she'll have enough time to release the second single and get that one smashing before album release.

I'm positive she wants to keep the album release a little closer to the summer because I just have a feeling she'll be doing a lot of festivals this summer.

As for debut numbers, I'd love to see her do 400,000. I think it's realistic.

IASF has 2 HUGE singles going for it. If her new single is huge I can see the numbers.

B'Day numbers, she had an AMAZING performance at the MTV awards, the hype was there.

She could have her BIGGEST first week sales if she were to release her album in the month of Feb. just based off her Super Bowl performance.
