She should announce it Monday with a teaser trailer and release it on Wednesday! ;D

We'll see next week. Every week people swear we're getting single news and then... nothing! The only date I'm looking forward to is Feb. 3rd. I'm not even counting on the SB press conference & the inauguration is cute but nothing new.

The song obviously isn't coming this upcoming week - she's not gonna wanna go up against JT.

Hopefully the week after that. Releasing just a few days before the Superbowl is a mistake, nobody is even gonna know the song at that point.

If she releases the single at the end of January, then a late March/early April album release sounds most logical. She usually waits 2+ months between lead single and album, the one exception being IASF. And that was probably b/c she released 2 songs with 2 video at the same time.

Whenever the song comes out at any time in Jan, its gonna have to go up against JT. It's a single release not an album release.

That would be nice if people knew the song before the performance.

But wouldn't it b better if the song was known a bit before the show like she did with RTW and the BB performance? I still say late January.

lol. No she doesn't.

Deja Vu came out June 14 and B'Day didn't come out till Sept. 5. That's almost 3 months.

RTW came out in mid-April? The album came out the last week of June. Almost 2.5 months.

Crazy In Love leaked at the end of April IIRC and the album didn't come till mid June.

IASF is the only time where there was a month between album and lead single. And thats only cause there were 2 full out singles + videos out on the same day to begin the era.
