I don't know about the other countries. But GaGa is the biggest international super star in Asia. (Japan, Korea, China, India,Thailand ect. People are becoming so crazy to try their best to get the tickets for her show. It is almost impossible to book at least one ticket. She add 3 extra shows in HongKong. I attended the last one. It was REALLY AMAZING!!!
Beyonce is also great, but I won't fly from Shanghai to HongKong to watch her show tbh.)
