That's different though, cos Where Have You Been is not made to appeal to the urban community.
If anything, the fact that Rihanna got a eurodance song to go top 50 on urban on mediabase, shows that she's very popular on that format. Could Beyonce get a dance-pop song that high on urban? How well did Telephone and Radio do?
