I'm definitely getting in contact with them. They've scammed me of more money for nothing.
I'm in West Yorkshire, near Sheffield/Wakefield and all that. It's a small town I live in but I've never had these problems with delivery from HMV in the past or any other place for that matter but their service recently has been beyond terrible!
I'm in Leeds so it's not because of your location. But yeah definately get in contact, how much did you pay for the extra priority delivery?
HMV are sometimes really good, but can also be really bad with delivery at times I find.

I used to pre-order with them quite a lot in the past and I always received it early but I've pre-ordered a few CD's recently and they've all arrived after release date.
