I'm definitely getting in contact with them. They've scammed me of more money for nothing.
I'm in West Yorkshire, near Sheffield/Wakefield and all that. It's a small town I live in but I've never had these problems with delivery from HMV in the past or any other place for that matter but their service recently has been beyond terrible!
