and btw.. even if it hasn't actually sold 8 million copies, it for sure can't have failed to sell at least 7 - stores simply wouldn't buy a whole million extra copies of an album they wouldn't be able to sell.

And we know that Ifpi uses shipments and not the actual sales, and gaga stopped selling that much since the beginning of 2012.

No. Gaga's total album sales as of February 2011 were 16.5m as reported by EW. Subtract the 1m for The Remix at the time and that leaves 15.5m, and TF(M) continued to sell in the following months.
MJDangerous also had TF(M) at 13.5m back in 2010 (before it sold an additional 1.5m copies in 2011) and TFM EP at 1.65m.
