The Beatles have 20 of them, as far as I know. They tend to be under-certified though, and in the UK they have no certification at all for their early albums, so I may have overlooked a few of them.

Wikipedia cites several reputable sources saying that Born This Way has sold 8 million worldwide. I'm pretty sure it hasn't gone anywhere near that but it's possible the person you quoted just got that number from Billboard or something and has no idea it's inaccurate. It could be true you know; we can't tell for certain and there's always a chance that estimations by Mediabase are incorrect.
