Castles Crumbling and REVENGE sound good with just the descriptions. REVENGE probably didn't make it on Speak Now because of Better Than Revenge.
And I don't think so, she's done so much writing, she probably won't pick anything old. I reckon she's written around 75 songs for LP4.

Maybe those 3 songs were written right after SN, we're not sure how old they are
