LOUD had some flop singles too.

TD lasted for years and had a re-release because everything she released went multi-platinum and the GP was thirsty for more Katy. Look at Roar's first week sales and Applause's first week sales.

A BTW re-release back in early 2012 would've done similar or even better than ARTPOP (around 2M WW)
A Loud re-release maybe 1-1.5M WW.

Both would outsell TD:TCC effortlessly.
