Britney is still huge in several parts of Asia like Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Lebanon,Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.

Japan is the only asian market she's really not THAT successful in, but even then FF is eligible for a gold certification there (shipments but still) and HIAM went top 10 there.

Britney is bigger than Rihanna in both Asia and Latin America and she is still very much global today.

Almost 15 million of that was in the US and UK, and she's still not selling great in Asia. Total sales do NOT make an artist global, global is when an artist does very well worldwide. She is not big in Asia and therefore should not be considered global. Excuses will not help you.
