This is all opinions so do not attack anyone in this thread.
I Will Always Love You is almost 20 years old. In your opinion, should they have allowed her to re-chart on the Hot 100? And if so, should they let other songs that are almost two decades old re-chart? Keep in mind that after the death of Michael three years ago resulted in explosive sales, but he was ineligible to re-chart.
So far it's unconfirmed if they are changing the rules or if they were only making Whitney an exception.
